Well, everybody has their own preference. I like RCA tapes where alot of people like Maxell. I think any video brand you use other than store bought generics are good. This is no lie...........
I bought some store brand tapes one time and when i opened them they had generic labels already on them and i peeled them off and you'll never guess what i found????There were Disney videos. What a rip off. When i trade, i get RCA brands more than any other. For one, they are cheaper and they are name brand. Me personally, i don't enjoy paying 4 bucks for a blank tape. That's why i use RCA brand. I get them from Wal-Mart (10 RCA blanks for $8.99). |

I purchase JVC and Maxell blue and gold at sams club for around $1 per tape. When people want stuff in SP, i find that just about any brand looks good, but when i copy or record in ep, I try to only use maxell gold.
