Friends, Famliy and Fans through out the world, Cynthia Robinson, Trumpeter and Co- Founder of Sly and The Family Stone has passed.
Our condolences go out to the Robinson Family and her bandmates and all family & friends ! You are in our thoughts and prayers and we are here for you. Please continue to support the Cynthia Robinson Cancer Care Fund due to the rising medical costs ( anything helps ). This site will stay up in her memory. God bless you Cynthia !

That is very sad. I really enjoyed listening to Sly & the Family Stone when I was a young teen.

RIP Cynthia. My dad has Sly and the Family Stone's Stand album and I like the album pictures. I like their songs Stand(The Jackson 5 also sang this), Everyday People, Family Affair, Hot Fun In The Summertime and I Wanna Thank You For Letting Me Be Myself. I heard Sly Stone is homeless and he's living in his van in Oakland, California. Have ya'll heard about that? His sister don't want him living with her and that's sad. I guess his brother don't want him living with him too. Sly has himself to blame for being homeless because he wasted his money on drugs because he should have a house or apartment.
