I need to know in The Nearness of You if Grandma finked out Barbara and Max to Ann. There's a cut scene during the Antenna closing credits.

I looked at the sets on ioffer (there were 2) but neither seller was willing to give a straight answer as to whether they're unedited or not. The last thing I need to buy is a set recorded from AntennaTv.

I have a nice set recorded from canada and I would say that almost every episode is unedited they run 24 minutes. I will check.

My version from comedy gold is 24:42. What exactly am i looking for?

Edit:There is no scene where Grandma tells Ann about their kiss. Does that answer it or was there something else?

- I really don't know how to check running times . All I know is CBS original versions vs. edited syndicated ones (like AntennaTv).

-There is a Grandma/Ann scene in the episode I mentioned, right? Do you know what they talk about? Maybe it comes at the beginning, before the kissing action.

This is what happens in the Ann and Grandma scene. It happens after the kiss scene.

Grandma: (standing next to table Grandma sits down as she starts to say) It always happens I fix leftovers and everyone sits down to eat,fix a nice roast and everyone has a family fight. What are you doing here?
Ann: Sam's Out of town you invited me to dinner
Grandma: ah of course, sit down honey, sit down I'm sorry
Ann: (standing next to table then sitting down) ah Mom, I hate to tell you this, but ah I had a big lunch
Grandma: (slams mashed potatos on Ann's play) EAT!
Ann: Ahh, Okay Mom (putting hands in air as if to surrender)

Thanks. Nice to know Grandma R, while upset , was no tattletale.

I've decided I want a complete uncut run of the series, but it may not be feasible.
