Default Which Do You Like More... The Office or Parks & Recreation?

Both shows are mocumentaries that aired on NBC in recent years. "The Office" starred Steve Carell and ran for nine seasons. "Parks & Recreation" starred Amy Poehler and lasted seven seasons. I like both shows but since I have to chose, I'll say "The Office."

I'm not leaving the choice for "Neither" because to me if you don't like either show, there's no need to go to a thread for which show you like more. Just very simply scroll on.

"Parks" is a great show. I wasn't too thrilled with the final season but I love the show as a whole. My favorite character is Ben Wyatt. Who's yours?

There were some good combos of casting and writing, but in terms of my sense of humor, I'd probably go with April.

You should check them out. As with anything, they're not for everybody but they've both brought me a lot of joy over the recent years.

I've had a crush on April from time to time.

I absolutely adore Parks and Recreation. There were a lunker episode here and there, and it got pretentious the last year, but a great show. I am also a big fan of The Office, and I for one, liked the eighth and ninth season! Both shows had a really good season finale.

This isnt to say that they did not have any bad episodes. But i loved bo shows equally.

I chose "The Office" specifically for Michael Scott. He's such a funny TV character to me. Steve Carell did a great job. "Parks & recreation" was also a great show that I consider cozy TV. It's like putting on a nice warm blanket on a cold day.

They both have their merits. When parks and rec is often referred as the female lead version of the office i find that extremely narrow sighted. Parks and rec had a rich character basis led by a strong woman. The office was amazing and save for season 8 is one of the best shows I've ever seen. Parks and rec gave us christ pratt... and aziz ansari. The office made steve carrell huge and gave rain wilson a shot at movies. They both are great and could only choose the office if i had to because it came out first and had the best ending to a mockumentary that will ever be.
