Kurt Russell as the helicopter pilot who spots the smoke coming from the floating huts in "Rescue From Gilligan's Island?" Along with a little scene where he has a co-pilot and he talks about landing in a make-shift hot air balloon when he was a kid.

OR maybe have Kurt Russell as Captain Ron reference in the movie how he grew up stranded on a tiny island until some adult castaways made him a balloon in which he escaped but he couldn't tell anyone for years because all he knew as 'boy' and 'girl'

Other folks I've have liked to have seen? They had Zsa Zsa Gabor so wouldn't it have been great had they have her seemingly nicer sister Eva show up along with Eddie Albert as Lisa and Oliver Douglas who get into a conflict with the castaways re HOW Arnold is to be the 'honored' at their luau?
