Default Is it normal?

I always start to bawl whenever I think of Sam and Diane not being married. I think I'm going insane. Is it normal?

Cool

I guess so. I'm crying over the fact that Dr. Greene will die by this season's end of ER. I know it's just a TV show, but still...

I also cry at the fact the Antonio and Casey never got together on Wings, that Sam and Rebecca never had a baby together (Remember that storyline?), and that Dr. Ross left ER. I guess we're just pathetic

don,t worry about personally i know alot of people who cry over tv shows, they are weird but not insane,i,m weird as well,DON,T WORRY I,M NOT CALLING YOU WEIRD SO PLEASE DON,T TAKE OFFENCE,I still realize it,s a tv show but i just get really involved in what i am reading, watching, writing about ect or whatever i happen to be writing about, and maybe your the same, sometimes something can be so well writen or your probably like me and gey very upset by a story or a tv show in this case which you really love,i have achually goten really sad over cheers alot of times espeacilly dianes last show, when coach died and the actor nicholes colosanto who played him passed away as well, when coach got rejected by that b**** irene blanchard and that touching scene with them, the last show and even sam and diane breaking up but i still realize it is just a tv show, but i still am into the story alot and am upset about it,because i enjoyed it,but as long as your still here on earth and the tvland sometimes it,s allright,so i guess i,m just trying to say as long as you see it,s jsut a tv show mind you a good one, then it,s fine to cry over it,people cry sometimes at film and i have seem people who are perfectly normal cry at movie theatres so i think your fine,i don,t think you guys are insane at all,if you are then am completlly out of my mind LOL cheers!

I just want to say that I feel so much better about my own madness now. I, too, cry over TV shows. I think everytime Sam and Diane had a tender moment I bawled. But the best tears were shed over Sam's original proposal (on the boat), when Diane left (dear God, I was depressed for days LOL), the last episode, the episode when Sam flew to break up Frasier and Diane's wedding...whoo there are a lot more. Recently, I was watching the Cosby Show and Denise declared where she was going to college and Cliff and Claire made a speech to Denise (a parent-child type) and I cried. I bawled at the last episode of The Golden Girls once. I've cried at the finale of MTM. I think that the first time I ever cried over a TV Show was when I was really young, and Full House ended. Personally, I can't stand that show now, but when I was little I loved it, and I cried over that. But Cheers has definately moved me more than other show ever did or will again.

I'm still crying over last night's episode of ER. I cry at TV, movies, books, and even songs on the radio. Some of my friends tease me for it, but I can't help it.

come to think of it i also cried at the last show sometime with Kelly Martin in it and when Dr Carter nearly died.I also remember crying at cheers final really hard allthough not as hard as Dianes last show and cheerio cheers.I even cried at the last show of seinfeld.(how can jerry seinfeld make you cry is really really really beyond my stretch of the imagination at least mine, even still he somehow made me cry.Don,t get me wrong i find jerry seinfeld as funny as hell, but i don,t know about sad, deep and touching, uplifting, inspiring, strange as it is i DID CRY SOMEHOW hahahaha LOL,I also remember crying at one show of full house i belive where steve and dj broke up and i still can,t stand that show as well,I think it is a good family show, but it is WAY TO DAM CORNY FOR EVEN KIDS TO STAND I THINK,but when i was little it was also my favorite show and another show i really hate is family matters allthough i think it is better then full house myself i CAN,T STAND STEVE URCLE,but i remember crying at that show to,I cry at the most unbeliveable bad and cheesy shows sometimes and music also makes me cry alto as well,I even cry at shows that are not that great,so i still have it bad to,but it,s good to see there are alot of us out there,I know i don,t think i can help stop crying either, alot of things seem to make me cry or as it definitlly useally is just make me dam sad,LOL CHEERS!

As big of a TV fan I am, I havent cried over a TV show in my life.

But I did cry at the end of the ABC special for John Ritter.

He was the coolest.

Same. I can only recall at the end of the Ritter special. I did when they showed commercials for the John Candy special on CBC a while back too. Other than that, I can't recall anytime else really.
