Fernando Chien and Dichen Lachman To Recur on "The Last Ship"

Fernando Chien and Dichen Lachman have been cast in recurring roles on the third season of Michael Bay’s action-adventure TNT series "The Last Ship".

Chien will play Peng, the new leader of post-plague China. He will next be seen in Gavin O’Connor-directed The Accountant.

Lachman will play Jesse, the helicopter pilot who lives off the grid. She previously recurred on "Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.", "Shameless" and "Dollhouse".





Based on William Brinkley’s novel, "The Last Ship" deals with a global catastrophe that nearly decimates the world’s population. Because of its positioning, the Navy destroyer U.S.S. Nathan James avoids falling victim to the devastating tragedy.

The captain and crew confront the reality of their new existence in a world where they may be among the few remaining survivors.
