I rather have a stuffy nose. You don't have to get tissues every minute

Both are pretty bad. Stuffy because you can't breathe right, and can give you a bad sinus headache. Runny is bad cause it's gross, having runny snot and mucus coming out of your nose and needing lots of tissues!
