"Pretty Little Liars" Casts British Actor Huw Collins as the New Doctor in Town

A new psychologist has landed in Rosewood, PA.

British actor Huw Collins has booked a major recurring role on ABC Family/Freeform’s "Pretty Little Liars" for the second half of Season 6. He plays Dr. Elliot Rollins, a psychologist who becomes entangled in the town's unfolding drama.



Newcomer Collins was seen seen briefly in a preview clip of the winter premiere episode played Friday at New York Comic Con. The remaining 10 episodes of Season 6 will premiere on January 12.

Exec producer I. Marlene King told the crowd at PaleyFest NY yesterday that Season 6B will be “lighter in some ways because we are starting a new mystery. … We get to rely little bit more heavily on the soap as we start this new mystery.”

The new season also picks up five years later, adding a new twist.
