Default AIRPORT episode

Most of the talk is probably about the relationships, but I did that last time. This time I just want to say Indianapolis certainly has a small quiet airport.

LOL!! I know huh? I thought that too!!! Even for the early 80's.I think Indianapolis would have had a bigger ,busier airport!!!!

I was getting nostalgic for the old days, the way people could pick you up and see you off on your flights right at the gate!!!! I used to love when I went back East to visit and there was my Mom and Dad smiling and waving to me right after I got off the plane!!!

Oh yes, sitting with loved ones before they boarded....for me, its always hard to say goodbye, but now, having to say goodbye at the security check point is even harder!!!

This episode is a snooze fest to me..........

I thought this was an interesting episode. It shows that you never know who you might meet while at an airport waiting for someone's plane to arrive.

She ended up going for a bad boy in real life. EVH is about as bad as you can get.

Airports are so cold and air travel is so horrible these days, I doubt you would meet anyone like they did the other night on the show ! .Unless you were the one waiting to go on a flight! You might meet someone at an airport bar if you have a layover or a delay or if they were on your flight. But dropping someone off or picking them up at an airport, you wouldn't meet anyone since nobody is aloud up to the gates unless it's your flight! And even than most people are on laptop computers ,cell phones or texting! Not really wanting to chat up new people they meet at an airport!

You have some good points there. Airports are different places these days, not like before. And the times have changed too. Most people are preoccupied with their mobile devices and don't seek conversations with strangers.

I didn't like this episode the first time I watched it. I actually fell asleep! I gave it another go last night when I was more alert, and you know what? I actually liked it! I got to give them credit for getting out of the apartment and into a new setting with new scenery. It was also nice to see each character (Barbara, Schneider, and Alex) getting an equal amount of screen time, so it wasn't focused on just one person.

I liked it because it was a different set.
That airport looked like one of those small, one runway, backwoods hangers in Alaska.
