This ep was on yesterday! Where Skippy finds out he was adopted and the Handleman's aren't his real parents. It was such a good heart felt ep. Brought a tear to my eye. But of course it was very funny too. Skippy is hilarious!! And very well done. His real birth Mother was casted to the T! Skippy and her looked so much alike it was uncanny!!!

This is one of my favorite eps. I can relate to it since I was adopted myself. I didn't go through the same kind of identity crises as Skippy when I found out though. But it was neat to know that I shared a common experience with a familiar TV character and that there are other adopted people in the world. And I love the message that the people who raised you, fed you, clothed you etc. are your real parents! That's how I feel about my Mom and Dad!

How sweet Marvo! I agree! God bless people that adopt children and love them as much as if they were their natural parents! So glad you have a very nice couple that were as much your family as if they were your biological parents! Have you ever met your biological Mother?

No I haven't. I've had such a positive experience with my Mom and Dad that I guess I never felt the need to find my biological mother.

That is nice Marvo! And your adoptive parents really adopted a nice baby and raised you well ! You are a really nice, good person! Do you have siblings? Did they adopt any more children?
