Encore Black Dec 1st Changes - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

looks like encore black premium channel is adding some well known classics to their line up on December 1st 2015

7;00pm Diff'rent strokes

7:30pm Diff'Rent'Strokes

8:00pm Good Times

8:30pm Sanford and Son

9"00pm the Jeffersons

9:30pm The Jeffersons

leaving 227 n amen what's happening

I don't see other 3 listed more info soon their shows are uncut commercial free which Is also good

Well that was dumb. Adding Good Times and Sanford and Son which have been on all over everywhere for the last 10-15 years and taking off 227 and Amen which are no where else to be found these days.

I know what happening be on there to til December im sure 227 and amen wind up somewhere I didn't care for both shows myself but im excited about these changes

I can see Sanford & Son and Good Times on FamilyNet, but I'm excited about The Jeffersons coming to Encore Black because I only have the first 3 seasons on DVD and the rest of the episodes I haven't seen in many years. It would be nice if Encore Classic would play something different.

im stil waiting on encore classic im hoping It be nice changes not shows u see on tv every week.i can dvr both not miss anything

I'd take "227" and "Amen" any day over "Sanford and Son" and "Good Times". Shame on them for changing the schedule like this. I'd rather see "Hangin' with Mr. Cooper" or "Benson" added.

well we stil got encore classics its tbd proably stand for to be discussed listed night court moving to laff network n January so we got wait n see.

I recently downgraded my DIRECTV package so I no longer get the encore channels but if they added different shows like "Hangin' with Mr. Cooper", "Benson", "The Drew Carey Show", "Perfect Strangers", or "Family Matters" I may consider upgrading again.

Isn't "Murphy Brown" gone from Encore Classic now too? Hopefully it'll wind up on Laff one of these days.

Both Murphy Brown and Night Court left near the end of last year.
