Hi everyone,
Not sure if you remember this guy, as he was part of a brief segment called "fugitive hotline" that profiled three people the cops were looking for. Nasario was drunk while driving and got into an accident and killed young Anthony Moia. He is wanted for vehicular manslaughter and hasn't been seen since. Anyone know anything about this case? Also, does anyone know if this guy was born in Colombia? The reason I ask is because if you go to a popular social media page where people join and add friends, and search the name oscar simon in Toronto, the resemblance to this Nasario guy is crazy! At least I think so. Thoughts? |

I have to agree. This I believe was featured as part of a multi case segment where viewers were told to call in with case numbers. I can find no update on this case so more than likely he is either deceased/unidentified or still a fugitive. It's a possible match, plus at the time (1992) it was easier for someone to go to Canada or Mexico and create a new identity.

So here's the thing. I had never seen this "segment" until the other day. When I saw the mugshot, I almost fainted! The guy I'm questioning, I met him in 2003/2004. He was 45 or 46 then, which fits. He is about 5'7 (which also fits), said he was from Colombia and came to Canada in the 90s (but didn't say if he'd ever lived in the USA). He said he came to Canada because of gay-refugee status. Everything about this fits to me, it's crazy.
I was hoping more people would give input....because part of me is chalking this up to me being an UM infatuated person, but I also think the resemblance is there and I'm wondering if I should be contacting LE to let them check it out. ??? |

Unless I'm looking at the wrong profile, I personally don't think its him. In particular, the old picture he posted of himself and his deceased mother has to be from the 70's and doesn't look like Palacious. I think the nose and jaw are different. Just my opinion from a few photos... You're the one who's seen him in person.
