Default Ennis Cosby

I know I probably shouldn't put much stock into the National Enquirer, but I felt compelled to pass along that their current edition alleges that Bill Cosby hired a hit man to take out his son Ennis, either because he was going to expose his father's crimes or as a means to get the focus off his sex scandal, which were just starting at the time. On one hand, the theory seems a bit out there, but on the other hand, nothing would really surprise me with Bill anymore. He's a creep who's probably raped hundreds of women.

Madeline Kahn must be rolling in her grave.

Oh, please! The article is based on a book (or at least a proposed book) written by the aunt of Autumn Jackson, the woman who accused Cosby of being her biological father and continued to try to extort from him even after Ennis was murdered!

This is as bad as some of the things said about John Ramsey, who had an older daughter killed in a car accident. Yes, I believe someone in the Ramsey household killed JonBenét--at best I hope to think by accident--but I don't believe John had anything to do with his older daughter's death as some tabloids said. I kind of draw the line at this being said of Bill, too, and it's too bad--when enough bad things are said about anybody, some of which certainly seem true, it's like open season to say anything! In the process the truth gets lost.

I remember when that whole thing went down. There's no way Bill Cosby hired a hit man to kill Ennis. He was too broken up over Ennis's death.

Let's face it: Cosby was king back in the 80's and 90's, but he wasn't THAT great of an actor. Not to pull something like that off.

He must be a great actor. He had everybody fooled for 50 years.

As with William Shatner. He was genuinely broken up over his wife's drowning, at least at the time--nowhere near that good of an actor.

Not only that, but Autumn Jackson contacted Cosby's lawyers with the extortion threats the EXACT SAME DAY his son was murdered! I believe the lawyers met with her only two days later to negotiate a payoff arrangement, which turned out to be an FBI sting operation.

Cosby really did have an affair with Jackson's mother, but even if she was his biological daughter, she killed any chance of garnering sympathy by trying to extort him immediately after his son died. I really wouldn't take anything that family says seriously. I have serious doubts that Cosby would be willing to turn to the FBI to take down an extortionist and put one of his past affairs into the public spotlight if he had just orchestrated a plot to murder his own son.

She turned her back on her real father because he was a jailbird who wasn't rich and famous. http://www.nydailynews.com/archives/...ticle-1.756784

This is exactly why I have trouble taking ANY allegation against Bill Cosby seriously. They waited too long to say anything.

50+ women against a man who hasn't said anything? I know who's side I'm on. You have to realize Bill Cosby was the first black man to have a starring role in a television drama. The (mostly white) victims didn't want to be seen as racist by trying to take down a man who held that power and distinction.

Let's put this into perspective. When Whoopi Goldberg, who has staunchly defended every male celebrity who has committed a crime, even turns on Cosby, that tells you everything you need to know.

That, and the fact that they all side with the hated-by-the-right Feminist lawyer Gloria Allred.

The only victim I question is Janice Dickinson. I believe all the others. Janice has been too fame hungry in the past-- it's the only reason I doubt her. I believe Beverly Johnson without question. I hope to God I'm wrong about Janice.

I, too, question Janice Dickinson very much.

I was thinking the same thing. The source is highly questionable, and may well be wrong in this case, but at this point I wouldn't put anything past Bill Cosby either.

I totally believe Janice Dickinson. I have part of an interview she did with Jane Velez-Mitchell. I have never seen someone so outraged in my life as Janice was in that interview. It was like she was letting go of decades of pent-up anger. If she was faking, she would require acting skills on par with that of Meryl Streep and I don't think Janice has that in her.

I also seem to recall something about Janice claiming Cosby was wearing a "patchwork robe" and then a picture surfaced with Cosby wearing that exact robe. I don't think that's a detail Janice could have easily plucked out of the air.
