I'm sure he will be observing Yom Kippur. Also A Happy belated Rosh Hashanah ! He is Jewish, and I'm thinking he is very into his Religion ! I read that his wife converted to Judaism after she married him!

I think it would have been cool if they had Max be Jewish on the show! They could have had an ep maybe a two parter where Julie was considering converting to Judaism!

I'm assuming they are referring to the 2-part episode from season 2 called "J.C. and Julie" where Julie has found Jesus and is driving everyone crazy. I think she says, "Jesus loves you" a lot.

Yep, Julie was always wanting to get into new things! Like joining the Logs and getting into Jesus! I could totally see her wanting to convert to another religion that her husband was!

That is why it would have been cool if they acknowledged Max being Jewish. It would have made a good story line!

They never said so explicitly but I think Max was supposed to be of Hungarian and Jewish extraction based on his last name.

I found out the symbolization of the various foods in the Seder meal!
