6.All 400 news channels
7.Bravo
8.TLC(except Untold Stories Of The ER)
9.ID(Investigation Discovery)
10.All those Music channels(except for solid gold oldies) :-) .

A very easy list....

1-TLC (I like to call it The Reality Channel)
2-MTV (AKA-NMTV)
3-ESPN
4-The Disney Channel (More like The "Disney" Channel)
5-SyFy
6-Lifetime
7-USA (To Think, this had sooooo much variety)
8-Nickelodeon (Same story as USA)
9-Spike TV
10-A&E

I think I mentioned all the stations that sold-out!

2. CNN
3. Investigation Discovery
4. TLC
5. "History" Channel (more like pseudohistory, hence the quotation marks)
6. Discovery Channel
7. Any religious channel
8. USA (was far better when they had the mix of old game shows like Pyramid, PYL, and Scrabble, among others)
9. A&E
10. TV Land (everything they've done lately makes DVDs all the more valuable)
