TV Gimme a Break! or The Facts of Life

Both shows came-out in the 80's, both shows had a surrogate who watched-over the girls, but which show do you prefer?

I went with GAB myself...it seems more like a condensed and more friendlier version of AITF...Mort Lachman was responsible for both shows and the lay-out of the first floor does seem similar to AITF.

I love both but I like GAB! just a little bit more because I've always really loved Nell Carter. She's a classy lady.

Facts Of Life. Mainly because I've seen it more. I haven't seen Gimme A Break in years. Both shows I watched when they originally aired.

The Facts of Life. I've never seen Gimme a Break before, but I want to someday. I would probably like it.
