Default Why does Àntenna double run Three's Company?

They show two episodes at 3AM ET, and then the same 2 episodes at 3PM ET. It's the only show they do that with. Any reasons why? If you want to say because it's the greatest show ever, that's fine.

I don't know exactly. It is a very popular show so it seems to have a larger fanbase than most of their other shows. It gives more people a chance to see it when it's convenient for them. However, I really think Antenna TV has run this show into the ground. It's a great show and I love it but after a while it could use a bit of a rest. They've played it so much by now I really think it only needs one run each day. They also need to cut back on Bewitched and Jeannie.

It always seems to be the same shows that are the big hits with audiences, and Three's is one of them, along with All In The Family, Bewitched, and I Dream of Jeannie.

There's always going to be some retro channel running those shows. If you're bored with any of those shows, I would blame us, not the networks, because we are the ones that keep watching.

I'm thinking it may be leaving in April because that's when it started in 2014 and when they aired it before then they had a two year contract on it and I'm assuming this one is two years as well so it's possible it will be going away again in April along with Too Close for Comfort unless they renew the contracts. I know I will never watch it on Antenna TV again because of the credit crunches but at some point I will just buy the complete series on DVD.
