Miss Piggy Moves On to Josh Groban after Kermit Split
by Marc Snetiker 9/8/15 How do you bounce back after breaking up with Hollywood’s nicest guy? Date its second nicest. Singer Josh Groban will guest-star as himself in an early episode of ABC’s new fall sitcom "The Muppets", playing a famous new love interest for Miss Piggy whom she seeks in the wake of her nasty (and viral) breakup with Kermit. (Don’t feel bad for the frog — he’s already moved on.) Groban’s more than familiar with Piggy’s bossy ways, having already collaborated with the Muppets twice before. On the big screen, Groban had a cameo in 2014’s Muppets Most Wanted; in the music world, the puppet gang lent a hand in the music video for his release of 'Pure Imagination' with Lindsey Stirling earlier this year.
