Why is N@N constantly skipping episode 21 from season 9??

Episode 20 from season 9 is when Ross sees Joey kissing that black girl he was trying to date and says......."I am smarter than him"

But this is the second time that N@N aired this episode and dont air next episode which is episode 21. Why the hell do the keep skipping it?

Joey was way too dumb for that girl.
Don't know why Nick at Nite would refuse to air that episode.

^^^ Charlie was way too intelligent for Joey. It was just a physical attraction. She did have much more in common with Ross.

After Joey and Charlie start dating, they go to some science convention together when they finally realize that they have nothing in common. Ross is also there and Rachel is also there. When Charlie confides in Ross, Charlie and Ross realize that they are the ones who belong together and they begin to kiss at the hotel. Joey sees this and runs to Rachel's hotel room. I think that's when Joey and Rachel start their little affair.
