To be even more specific, the ones from the 70's to 90's (Heavily featured on shows such as UM during this era.)

That's very interesting. I remember that in 2006, when I was 9 years old, body parts were found in the Maas near the Rotterdam harbor in my country, the Netherlands. The police released a clay composite of the Jane Doe, and it aired on the national news. When I saw that composite, I got extremely frightened. I'm not sure why, if it was the eyes that looked dead, or the way the head turned around, but I couldn't sleep for months!
