Question on show sponsorship - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Hi, so I need to try to find out who the sponsor was for the Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour from the 1960s, but I am not enough of a TV geek to know through what channels to look (pun not intended). If any of you knowledgable folks can point me in the right direction, I would much appreciate it!

some of the sponsors were general mills tide and mccleans toothpaste

How did you find this out?

What I'm trying to find out if Oldsmobile was one of the sponsors. It may also matter for what year(s). I really have no idea how to find this stuff out - even went on Newspapers.com and it's impossible to go through every item because a lot of them are TV listings, but I can eye things that may stand out . . . and they've been nothing.

sorry that I am so late in my response but anyway how I found out is that in my tv show cokkecton I have a cbs airing of the smothers comedy hour from april or may of 1967 and the ad in the ep are for the products that I mentioned out that I forgot to add before was playtex
