Default Where have I been?

You may have noticed that I havent posted as much in the past two months. Here's the reason. First off, I'm ok. As you may remember my computer is still broken so its hard for me to get to a computer. Now, my mother's job ended for the summer on June 24. She goes back on Thursday. You also may remember that I told you that my mother needs to have double hip surgery. Let me update you on that. She went to the doctors about a week or so ago and while she still has to have it, she doesnt have to it right away. Meanwhile, while this is going on I think I told you that I was trying to sell my home. Well, I couldnt. Couldnt get the house on the market, because frankly, I didnt have time. My mother has a tough time moving around so I do the cooking and cleaning and whatnot plus maintain the outside and inside of the home. But I couldnt do it all my own. Thats a lot of any one person to do. Plus, the fact that the heat has been unbearable, so its tough to do anything in 90 degree heat. So, that's where I stand right now. Did I miss anything while I was away?

I know about Veggie-Tarr-Jenn. Very sorry for her loss. My thoughts go out to her family and friends.

I think I saw we have a new member to the boards. Is that true?

Oh, listen to this. Remember when I was looking forward to watching the "Dear Max" episode of ODAAT? I didnt watch it because I fell asleep. I will say that I thought the finale when Ann moved to England was very emotional especially the part where Schenider is crying.

You haven't missed much. We've had a couple of trolls. That's about it. Glad you're back!

Cool

Good to hear from you mets82! Sounds like you've been busy between taking care of your Mom and running the household.

Hey Met82! Good to hear from you! As Penny Lane said we had some new posters, and they turned out to be trolls! And poor Veggie Tara Jenn passing away is very sad!

Hope your Mom is doing well, and all goes good when she has her hip surgery! Nice that you are helping her out with the house! Yes the heat is bad this summer. I'm looking forward to cooler fall weather !

Dear Max was a sad ep. Julie leaving her baby and husband for good! And the last ep was really sad with Ann going to England. An ep. that was really GREAT was "The nearness of you"! Barbara and Max become attracted to each other and share a passionate kiss!!!
