Is there a Sonic near you? The closest one to me is about an hour away. They advertise a LOT here, and it seems like wasted advertising dollars since there's none around.
Is the food good at Sonic? Looks like good simple food to me, grilled cheese, fruity drinks. I think I'd like it. I read that Sonic plans on building 36 of them in Massachusetts over the next five years. I like those two goofballs in the Sonic commercials. Can't help it, I just laugh when they're on.

Sonic is an excellent restaurant, easily one of fast food's best. Fort Wayne has had a Sonic two different times. But they both closed despite doing great business, none currently.

There's two in my area...I went to the one in Parma where I had their Chicago Dogs. I wish they could have The Polish Boy but that would be a local special.
But as a Millenial...every time I think of Sonic, I think of this...

I agree with you about the advertising, Janice. They advertised here for YEARS before we actually had any in the state.
I always thought that it looked good, but now that we actually have multiple locations, I never go, lol. |

There's a Sonic about 20 miles from me. It's been there for 20 years.

I've never eaten at a Sonic restaurant and I don't recall seeing any around! I googled and the closest one to me is all the way in Duarte, which is pretty far! The two guys in the commercial are funny! Esp. the lighter hair guy!

Had no idea we had one in Philly but it's nowhere near me. I live in West Philly and Sonic is in Northeast Philly

We have 6 in our city, one on Wilma Rudolph Blvd. one on Madison st. one on Riverside Dr. one on Ft. Campbell Blvd. one on Dover Crossing and one on Trenton Rd. We have a lot of single military guys who eat out, that's the main reason we have so many fast food places here and we're also located next to a major interstate. Sonic's food is okay, it's reasonably priced and has a good selection. My son likes the tater tots, corn dogs & milk shakes they have.

MY best friend and I LIVED at Sonic when we were in high school back in the 80's in Texas. I wish there was one here in Seattle but there's not. There's one in Wenatchee, WA which is halfway across the state (where all of the wildfires are), but none around here. I would LOVE for there to be one a lot closer. Their food is soo good and from the commercials I see, it looks like they have a ton more stuff on their menu now. Sigh....
