Why doesn't 20th Century Fox change its name.....

.....to 21st Century Fox? Since it is the 21st Century now? Is there a legal reason why, or is it to keep their older programming from appearing too dated?

But why not change from 20th to 21st?

I don't remember the explanation, but I do remember, back in 1998 or '99, reading an article explaining why they were keeping the name. I think it had something to do with familiarity.

ETA: Here's an article from 1996...I don't think it's the one I'm thinking of, though. From the article:

Unless a company is selling advanced technology, it doesn't make any difference which century is cited in its name, he maintains.
