He meant programs that not too many people know of. Or obscure programs!

Well, come on! You know what he meant right?

I liked that show Medicine Ball when it was on way back in 1995 or so. I loved that it was set in Seattle, but it got really dumb toward the last episode and it barely ran for a season. My favorite is Dobie Gillis, though. LOVE that show!

None of those shows are obscure though. Ruthie On The Telephone, now, that is an obscure program!

I'd say these following shows I get the most "Huh, what's that?" from people.

James at 15
Enlisted
Whiz Kids
Freaks and Geeks
Undeclared
Thriller
Misfts
Misfits of Science
Life's Too Short
Star-ving
Black Mirror

Lol

I often get a "I Never Heard of that show" after telling someone I just bought a set of some obscure TV Show. Examples Include:

Sky King

Ripcord

Planet of the Apes

Return to the Planet of the Apes

The Red Hand Gang

Quark

The Black Stallion

and a slew of others.

And these are the ones that are on OFFICIAL Releases.

As for the others.....

Oh he meant the original posters TV show list! I thought he was referring to the title of the thread!

Yeah, most of the shows he listed I think we all remember or at least heard of!

One of the newer shows I like, which isn't really known outside the horror community, is Holliston. Created, written, starring, and directed by Adam Green (creator of the Hatchet trilogy), and also starring fellow horror director Joe Lynch (Wrong Turn 2).
Adam and Joe play longtime friends trying to make their first horror movie. To pay the bills they direct local cable commercials. Their boss at the cable station is played by Dee Snider as Lance Rockett (who moonlights as the lead singer for a Van Halen cover band). The late Dave Brockie, as his GWAR persona Oderus Urungus, is Adam's imaginary friend.
Several horror celebrities make appearances, many as themselves, including Kane Hodder, Danielle Harris, Tony Todd, James Gunn, John Landis, Sid Haig, to name a few.
The show makes many horror references, constantly breaks the fourth wall.
