Why does everyone seem to hate the character of Cousin Oliver? I can't understand why!

Well in my opinion there just was no need for "cousin oliver" to come on the show at all also he was kind of annoying.

I also can't seem to figure out why people are so against Oliver! The last 6 "Oliver episodes" are some of my favorites!

I also didn't like Oliver, Professor Whitehead's tiki, in the Hawaii episodes.

The only reason "Oliver" Came on was too try to boost the show's ratings so they could try to be back for a 6th season, but never made it.

i think frasier's right. they needed another character to get another chance for a 6th season, but it fell through. i didnt hate oliver's character but i didnt like it either. IMO, oliver just wasnt interesting or fun to watch, only boring and annoying.
