We have a tv from the late 80's that still works, we put it on the enclosed patio and hooked an old vcr to it so we can watch tapes. We didn't get a cable digital box for it since it's so old.

A battery-powered clock in my house's living room. It's been in wherever I've lived for at least 25 years. There are also two living room lamps that I've had since I was living in Mentor, Ohio.

Unless I'm mistaken, it's a Pioneer RK-560 Portable AM/FM/TV Radio and cassette player.
On second thought, I have an 8-track player I bought at a garage sale somewhere in storage. But that's a manual for the RK-550 and RK-560. |

I have a Packard Bell DOS computer and monitor that I purchased in 1990, still working.
Also have a 21 inch Sony Trinitron TV and a Panasonic 4 head VCR that I purchased around the same time, about 1990 or so, both still working. Another thing I have is a Burroughs Electric Adding Machine. It's pretty old, I would say it qualifies for antique status, I think it was manufactured in the 1930's or 40's. It's a big, heavy, clunky thing, but it still works fine. It could use a new electric cord, but I'm afraid to mess with it so I've left it alone. |
