Default The oldest electronic device in your home that you still use?

My 2004 Sony VCR is still going strong after all these years and not showing any signs of dying right now.

Your oldest device?

My Daewoo tv set from the 90's. It still works great but we are going to get a new flat screen smart tv soon.

Still have a CD player that I received as a high school graduation gift in 1988 that still works, I have it set up out in the garage.

We have a tv from the late 80's that still works, we put it on the enclosed patio and hooked an old vcr to it so we can watch tapes. We didn't get a cable digital box for it since it's so old.

A battery-powered clock in my house's living room. It's been in wherever I've lived for at least 25 years. There are also two living room lamps that I've had since I was living in Mentor, Ohio.

Unless I'm mistaken, it's a Pioneer RK-560 Portable AM/FM/TV Radio and cassette player.

On second thought, I have an 8-track player I bought at a garage sale somewhere in storage.

But that's a manual for the RK-550 and RK-560.

I have a Packard Bell DOS computer and monitor that I purchased in 1990, still working.

Also have a 21 inch Sony Trinitron TV and a Panasonic 4 head VCR that I purchased around the same time, about 1990 or so, both still working.

Another thing I have is a Burroughs Electric Adding Machine. It's pretty old, I would say it qualifies for antique status, I think it was manufactured in the 1930's or 40's. It's a big, heavy, clunky thing, but it still works fine. It could use a new electric cord, but I'm afraid to mess with it so I've left it alone.
