YAY for CHIPS returning. My prayers were answered! Good thing I didn't go and jump off a bridge huh? LOL!!!

Funny, cause I was getting back into Gilligan's Island! I loved it as a kid and even an adult but than IDK I was tired of it or something, but without CHIPS I would have Gilligan on and I was getting back into it. 8:30AM is cool, but it's up against Green Acres on Antenna which is 8-9 PST!!! Well, I guess depending on the ep., I will watch Gilligan and one Green Acres or if the Gilligan ep isn't great still watch both Green Acres!

So what is coming on at 1100AM in place of Quincy I wonder?

And LOL @ my husband, coming home from work and finding me all gaga over Erik again and ignoring him complaining about his day at work! He will be like Oh No not this Sh*t again!!!

I believe the change had shows mentioned in eastern time. So 8:30AM eastern for Gilligan would actually be 5:30AM pacific, wouldn't be on against Green Acres.

No I don't think so, because for some reason METV is on the same schedule all over the country! Cause as Alan Brady posted Gilligan was up against Barney Miller, which would have been 6PM EST. out here Barney Miller is on 3PM. Gilligan at 6PM!! And he was saying Andy Griffith will still be on from 8-8:30AM. It is on that time here!

I see they're still showing 2 hours in a row of Emergency. One really is enough. Why not just replace one of those hours with something else to add even more variety to their line-up. A little more Gomer Pyle and/or Dobie Gillis for example would be nice.

I think Dawn Wells is doing a great job with all her promos and so on.She's really fun to watch. It would be nice if Me-TV gave her some kind of permanent position as a spokesperson of some kind, similar to what she's doing now. That's of course if she's willing to do it.

I know. I like her doing the promos! I love that pink India style/hippie blouse she wears in one of them.

And WOW! I never knew she couldn't sing! How bad could it be? Poor thing, it wasn't her voice on the Honeybees song, and Sherwood Schwartz wouldn't even let her sing "For he's the jolly good fellow" with the rest of the cast!! Made her mouth the words! Don't ya think that was kind of rude of Mr. Schwartz?

I know. I never thought they needed two hours of Emergency! I would really like to see My Three sons and Family affair from 4-5! Than Emergency can stay on at 5 to go along with CHIPS Rescue me theme!

Or I was kind of hoping instead of keeping Andy Griffith on at 8AM ( we already have an hour of it at night). I was hoping at 8AM before Gilligan, My three sons or Family Affair could be on!

^Yeah I'd be fine with those shows too. I really don't know why they are running Emergency into the ground.

The promos are also done in an old fashioned way which is good. I guess her singing voice is nothing like her nice speaking voice, but as you mentioned-how bad could it be. I also didn't know it wasn't her voice on the song until she mentioned it.

Yeah, it wasn't so bad having her voice dubbed in on the Honeybees song if she didn't have a good singing voice. But to not be aloud to sing in a group song with 6 other people! I mean really? If I were her I think I'd be pretty upset if Sherwood told me not to sing. like we both said , Lunch how bad could it have been? It is weird because she does have a very pretty speaking voice!

Dawn as you most likely already know, was Miss Nevada in a Miss America pageant. I wonder what she did for her talent? I used to watch ALL the beauty pageants as a little girl, when she was on I was either not born yet or too little though! My point is Miss America always had a talent competition and Miss USA and Miss Universe didn't! So we know she didn't sing for the talent portion!

It would be like what Nick at Nite had back in the 1980's and 1990's when they had Dick Van Dyke as their chairman.

Maybe the rights to Emergency will expire soon, so they are using up all the runs they are entitled to?

She did a pilot for a new show that was pitched. Not sure when we'll hear if anyone will air it. Mason hasn't mentioned it lately.
