Default World's Dumbest on UM

Judy/Ruby Olive hands down.

Honorable Mention(s)

The woman who was at a fair and had her (week/days??) old baby with her. She had to pee and went to a Port-A-Potti. This twit LEFT HER INFANT DAUGHTER IN THE CARRIER OUTSIDE THE BATHROOM AND SURPRISE,SURPRISE SOMEONE WALKED BY AND TOOK THE BABY! Then when the dumb f_ ck was finished washing up she walked around the fairgrounds calling her daughter (Alicia I think her name was) as if she would answer her!
Her daughter is still missing to this day.

Well Judy Olive was in an abusive relationship. Women in that situation sometimes really have no way out. I'm sure she's being tortured enough having to live with what happened for the rest of her life.

The woman who left her baby outside of the porta-potty, it was stupid but she had no place to put the car seat that was holding the child. Im sure she didnt intend to have her child left out there so someone could snatch it away.

Yeah, I feel bad for picking on Judy for the same reasons you've mentioned. Because you know she's regretted the whole thing with Alexander every day for the rest of her life.

Though I will rib on her a little for, you went to a psychic reading and you didn't get the least bit suspicious about this guy asking you all these questions about your menstrual cycles? I know we were all young and stupid once, but still.

Sorry but to me Judy Olive is no different then the family on 19 Kids and Counting. Judy was only 19 or 20 and clearly not a self assertive or strong minded person by nature. These cults pray on young, naďve and vulnerable people many with trauma of some sort in their background (abuse, neglect, abandonment) I am not sure of Judy's past as they never went into that. However, I'd learn more about how cult pray on the vulnerable before out right labeling her an idiot or moron. She seemed incredibly remorseful that she wasn't strong enough back then to protect her child. I bet she lives with it everyday of her life.

The couple in the Dennis Depue case. Okay I understand this was in the dark era before cell phones, but you guys had his license plate, you saw the blood splatter on the van door, saw him burying a bloody sheet in a schoolyard, and you guys thought you should go to the schoolyard and dig up the sheet, because everything else wasn't enough?! You all are very lucky he didn't catch you because a guy like him probably wouldn't have had too much of an issue with killing a couple witnesses to save his skin.
