what character was he playing and why was he trying to come on to the mom?

I got distracted during laundry

He played Sean, a guy that Heather liked and she thought he liked her too, they went out on a date and she was shy and they didn't have much conversation. But he called her back again, turned out he wasn't interested in Heather , but he wanted to get with Marsha, (liked older women I guess) and he was really aggressive. He even walked into her bedroom, Mr. Belvedere caught him doing that and still the guy had the nerve to keep trying to be with her! And Marsha wasn't flirting back or anything, the guy was just horny for her and wasn't taking no for an answer even though Mr. Belvedere knew!!!

Indeed, Marsha was actually very annoyed and angry at Sean's flirting and actually told him at one point to "go home and take a cold shower."
