"Baby Daddy" Summons Jackée Harry for "Sister, Sister" Reunion

It’s been nearly 20 years since Jackée Harry and Tahj Mowry shared a scene on ABC/The WB’s "Sister, Sister" — and as you’ll see during their reunion on Wednesday’s "Baby Daddy" (ABC Family, 8:30/7:30c), a lot has changed in that time.

“He was a little kid then, a tyke, basically,” Harry tells TVLine of her earliest memories of Mowry. “He was cute and talented, but now he’s really funny! And thank God; if he was mediocre, I’d say, ‘Oh, you need to get a real job.’ But he’s so good. He turned out to be a really funny man — and he is a grown man now, not a kid.”





Mowry’s all-grown-up status is quite clear to Harry’s character in TVLine’s exclusive clip from Wednesday’s episode, in which she plays a flirty judge who gets a little too close to Tucker on the witness stand.

Harry says her whole experience on the show was terrific, and not at all what she expected: “When I saw ABC Family, I thought kids,” she admits. “I wasn’t hooked up to what they were doing. … It’s like Friends on ABC Family, young adults trying to make it happen.”

(Side note: "Baby Daddy" fans, can we all take a minute to appreciate that we’re finally seeing Riley in court? I was starting to think she was making that whole “lawyer” thing up.)
