So If the Rent Party was in June of 1975.................
And James told wanda they they will pay the rent she owed from April and May and pay the July's Rent
What the hell happens in August? LOL Is that why we didn't see wanda in season 4 because she could no longer pay the rent?  Just didn't see the point of this rent party when Wanda was going to be in the same situation in 30 days |

To give her a chance to rebuild her life.... In 30 days, she should be sufficient enough to pay her own damn rent instead of having neighbors throw her a rent party to pay for her rent.

How can she rebuild her life if she can't pay the rent. TVFactFan is right. Tenants can't keep throwing rent parties for Wanda.
