Today, I would like to talk about words or phases that stood out in Frasier. Perhaps it was something that you never heard of or some high-end words that caught your attention. Perhaps a word or phrase you found used over and over.

I just saw this on the episode that's on the Hallmark Channel right now.
Frasier is talking to Roz at the radio station and mentions a musical instrument called a "shamisen". I hadn't heard of it. I looked it up, it's a real Japanese three stringed guitarlike instrument. I doubt the vast majority of Americans would know what it is. Ed. |

I just watched "Mrs Moskowitz" and I haven't looked them up yet but all of those Jewish words that Niles was using were pretty funny.
