I enjoyed the clip. I am not sure Julie deserved the slap. Ann kind of set her up for that remark.

Ann married at 17 so her outrage with Julie is more than a tad hypocritical.

There was no good reason for Ann to slap Julie.
Ann was at a loss for words and she was desperate... that's why she slapped Julie.

Oh she deserved it. Let me try that with my mother. Julie was disrespectful and should not have been kissing that man in the apartment. Julie should have been more respectful.
