"Mary Tyler Moore Show" reference
Did you all catch the MTM reference in the fast food episode? Like the Alice reference in the episode where Bob dates the southern gal, this was an indirect reference where the show wasn't named.
It was when Schneider comes up to Ann and Julie in the joint, and he imitates MTM character Ted Baxter when he says in a blowhard voice, "Hey guys---hey Mare" to Ann, like how Ted called Mary "Mare". |
