Default The Unofficial DECADES TV Schedule 2015

I don't know how accurate this website is, but here is the link:
http://en.timefor.tv/listings/decades
Scroll down to Monday May, 25th
Their programs seem to be all over the place meaning they're not on at the same time each day.
For example, The Doris Day Show and Family affair are on weds and thurs., but not mon, tues, fri.
If correct, they're having a Mary Tyler Moore Show marathon on * Saturday May, 30th and huge blocks of MTM on other days.

Here's another link which might be a little easier to read:

Decades TV - Zap2It.com

Ronny G is right. The schedule is a bit unpredictable and all over the place but that appears to be part of their strategy. Each day, there will be shows like movies, news specials and documentaries which will focus on a specific time in history and all shows airing that day, including a 2 hour block of sitcoms and dramas which change daily, will all focus on a certain theme. Looking at what they have in their first week, I have no clue what the themes are. Maybe some of you can help after I show you what they have:

I can't wait for Decades to launch! I've been watching most of the Binge marathons on Decades by receiving them with a 10ft C-Band satellite dish, since no local affiliates in my area carry it. I like the idea of a mixed up schedule, but that's just my opinion.

This channel shows everything in a small box in the middle of the screen.
Hard to watch.

It must be in a 4:3 aspect ratio. Maybe you could adjust your television's settings to stretch the ratio to fit the screen.

I just found this station a few weeks ago. I do hope they thin out the marathon/binge watching for I can't watch all the episodes in one sitting and settle for an hour of one show a day. One day bumped into Dark Shadows which I remember from the late 1960's. Had a soap opera film look. Wanted to see more, but I would be up all night and day.

What did you mean by "soap opera film look"? Most of the episodes I saw appeared like most movies originally recorded on video tape (the episodes I saw that were filmed copies of the original video copies did not appear like TV programs originally recorded on video tape).

Wasn't the show a soap opera and shown in the late afternoon? If you look at old episodes of the Secret Storm, you will see what I mean by soap opera look. I guess the film they used was different ?? some # millimeter film.

I wonder if you're referring to the kinescopes? There are several video tape masters of Dark Shadows missing, so they used kinescopes to replace the missing episodes. Back in the 1960s, they would make copies of program by pointing a film projector at the video monitor playing Dark Shadows and film it. This gave it a "filmed" look. That's how they would make copies back in the sixties because video tape was expensive, and not everyone owned a VCR.

Yes it was! And especially the early Dark Shadows eps. had that "old soap opera look" like you are describing if I remember correctly! I know EXACTLY what you mean!

That's what DVRs and DVD Recorder hard drives are for.
