Washing Machine over flowing and all the soapy water pouring out of the machine on to the floor causing a big mess.

Tracey had a similiar problem by using too much bubble bath in the episode where she and Chris ran away from home and were stayiy at Rueben's place on "The Partridge Family".

not sure if this is the same thing but on I Love Lucy...Lucy gets a new washer sorta sells the Mertzes the old one and it malfunctions and clothes go flying and their is a mess everywhere...its funny I was just watching it yesterday.
