Oh I have TONS!

Of course there's everyone's fave, "Hello. Get out of my apartment!"

"The last time I wore a 7 it was on the back of my softball uniform!"-Said as she was going thru Mary's closet to find something to wear

"Mary, you've a real Ms. job-The kind Gloria Steinem wants you to have. My job, Gidget would've passed up to go hang 10!"

"I've gotta lose 10 pounds by 8:30."

I'm sure there are lots I'm leaving out, does anyone have any others? Rhoda's one of my faves!

One of my favorites is:

"I don't know why I bother eating this, I should just apply it directly to my hips"

my fave rhoda quotes are from the original rhoda opening speach....

(excuse any misquotes...its been awhile)

"my name is rhoda morganstern, i was born in the bronx new york in december 1941 (i always felt sort of responsible for world war two) the first thing i remember liking that liked me back was food. I had a bad puberty, it lasted 17 years. Im a high school graduate, I attended art school, my entrance exam was on a box of matches. I left home when I was 29 years old. My mother still referrs to it as the time I ran away from home. Eventually I ran to Minniapolis where its cold and I figured I'd keep better. Now Im back in Manhattan....New York....this is your last chance."

It's not really "her" quote but it cracks me up!

Mary: You lied to me?
Rhoda: You betcha!

LOL the first episode is hilarious!

Not to be off topic, but I love your quote. Is it from any place in particular or is it just a quote by you?

Some of my favourite Rhoda quotes:

"Hiya Sis" (to Phyllis to annoy her)

"Face it Mar. Suddenly your life got crummy. But soon everything will be back to normal. You will meet a crowned head of Europe and marry. I...will have a fat attack. Eat 300 peanut butter cups and die. That's the way it always is."

Roz--

the quote is from Dr. Will Miller in a N@N book called "Why We Watch: Killing the Gilligan Within" Its a REALLY good book, kind of a parody on pyschoanalysis books only w/ the motto "watch your way to wellness"

From "Today I Am a Ma'am" (Season 1, Episode 2)

Rhoda: Mary, when was the last time you went out with someone really terrific??

Mary: Hmmm...

Rhoda: Last time for me was when my father took me to a ballgame!!
