Need Help Figuring out the names of the people in the photo. - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Me and a few other people are racking our brains trying to figure out who the people in this photo are. We are pretty sure this is a picture of a picture used in the show "Unsolved Mysteries" the photo is a year old and we believe the man is named George and may have died in 2001 or at least the year 2001 is involved somehow. Also, they are somehow connected to Las Vegas, NV. I know it's not much information but we are at wits ends.
