Is Comedy Gold a premium channel?
Many of the shows in my collection including One Day at a Time come from this channel and every show seems to be unedited running from 24 to 25 minutes long.
I was wondering if this was a premium channel because it airs their programming unedited while many other Canadian stations do not. Dejaview and CTS are perfect examples of Canadian stations that air their programming edited. I went to Comedy Gold's website and they listed that their will be a free preview for Canadian folks which led me to believe it is a premium channel that is not part of a regular cable package. |

I don't think it's a premium channel. It wasn't before they rebranded from TVLand Canada. I haven't had cable in 10 yrs but I was house-sitting for friends a few weeks ago and they had Comedy Gold on their basic cable (but they did not get Dejaview).
