Smile A Baltimore Mom punishes her son for throwing Rocks at Cops

A Baltimore mom is haled as a hero for getting her son out of the riots.
She gave him a few smacks for acting stupid. If there were more parents like her, there would be less kids in trouble. People are calling her Mom of the Year.

The mother revealed she was a single parent during an interview.

I wonder where his dad is? That 'kid' probably asks the same question. Sad, really.

I love that clip! I'm glad she was there to slap the crap out of that stupid punk for associating with the thugs who are burning down their neighborhood. If that kid had any real cajones, he'd be marching with the church groups who are advocating non-violence.

He's lucky to have her as a mom since she apparently cares enough to make sure he doesn't end up dead or incarcerated.

There are thousands of single parents. So your point is what?

I think the point is. Why wasn't the father there, who should also be preventing his son from throwing rocks at cops. A mother can't be a mother without a father. So there's gotta be one somewhere. I would ask the same question as myles.

Apparently, that mother is very effective as a MOTHER seeing as how she intervened and got her son out of the riots.
I suggest you get your head out of your ass as you are only contradicting yourself big time.
That mother is proof that she and she alone is an effective parent and she is respected by her son. The woman is a hero, so stuff it!

Well the father wasn't there or in this kids life for whatever reason. Divorce or another reason. The point is the Mother is a strong woman who obviously has good values and is seeing to it that her son does too! She doesn't need a man around , she is strong and knows how to discipline her children on her own and is doing a good job!

There's even times when the biological father dies before the son is born and the mom takes care of the child by herself. This world is broken, only God will fix it. The father can even be a surrogate or a pastor...everyone needs a father figure! Speaking of...

I love George Michael's Father Figure song. That black woman who slapped her son, she said she has 6 kids hahahahahahahahahahahaha. There's lots of single black women that got several kids and that's nothing new. The sad thing is I think they have a bunch of kids on purpose so they can government money so they don't have to work hahahahahahahahahaha. Black kids need fathers so they won't be acting stupid because acting stupid will cause you to die young or go to prison. There's lots of black men in prison and dying young and they don't seem to care. I agree with Flying Dutchman. What happened in Baltimore is really sad and ignorant blacks take advantage of situations like that by rioting and burning stores in their neighborhoods. How is that gonna make the situation better? You can't get justice by doing stupid stuff like that. This is exactly why I don't have any black men friends because so many of them are ignorant. I've been dissed and laughed at by them several times and I don't bother nobody.

I just saw on Youtube that a man was beaten up by 10 black men at a subway in Philadelphia and he wasn't bothering them. He was lucky they didn't kill him and I don't know why they beat him up. They probably beat him up because they felt like it. When I saw the video, they were laughing at him while beating him up. I don't know if the guy was white or black. Stuff like this happens often in black neighborhoods and that's sad. This is why I've never rode the subway because I think too many ignorant black men ride the subway. I remember a scene in The Brave One movie with Jodie Foster and Terrence Howard when Jodie was riding the subway and 2 black guys were messing with people. When the 2 black guys came to Jodie, one of them had a knife pointing at her and Jodie shot and killed them hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. I wish there were people like her in real life that would kill ignorant black men for bothering them because the police can't catch all these fools and lock them up. Don't snitch on black men criminals to the police because if you do, you'll end up dead. There was a black woman that lived in Baltimore years ago and she had some kids and a husband. She snitched on some black criminals to the cops about them drug dealing and her house got set on fire and her and her family died.

I agree with you Bonnie. The mother was very effective. But my point to the big mouth who made the above insulting comment is. A Woman can't have a kid without a man, who was apparently there at 1 point in time.
