Microwaves SUCK. Why would you want to put anything in the microwave???

Why don't you just re-heat it by sautéing it in some olive oil in a skillet? That really is the best way to go.

60-90 seconds should be enough.

Yeah? So? How does that make a difference?

Heat it up in a skillet. Microwaves suck. They don't "cook." They just heat things up and they destroy all of the nutritional value. I will never understand why anyone uses a microwave.

If I had left over kielbasa, I would cut it up into half inch sections and re-heat it in olive oil in a skillet for about 8-10 minutes. I would never re-heat it in boiling water. I'm only a caterer, so what do I know??? Really, microwaves suck.

I use a microwave, but can anyone really rely on something that "nukes" food? It's so unnatural.
