Is that movie, starring Martin Lawrence and Will Smith, coming to theatres ASAP in order to complete the trilogy?

Bad Boys III has been in the works since 2008. It didn't happen yet because of timing and due to Michael Bay's and Will Smith's high salary demands (which is why Smith isn't going to star in Independence Day 2).

Smith then revived Men in Black in 2012, so Bad Boys III got stalled again. He apparently is working on a sequel to I Am Legend now and Bay's been raking in the dough from the Transformers movies.

So it looks to me that Bad Boys III is on the back burner.

The most recent news I was able to find was Martin Lawrence saying on "Conan", during an Aug. 2014 appearance, that Bad Boys III is "in the works."

That's not really anything new since everyone's been saying "in the works" for years.

Alright, but don't let this BB3 situation continue to postpone too long. I know they need money, but that should not take too long at all.

BB3 can get it done right away!

I'm sure Martin Lawrence needs the money more than Will Smith does hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. I wouldn't mind seeing another Bad Boys and if it gets made, it should be the last one.

The 3rd Bad Boys will be the last, which result in NO Bad Boys 4!

Gabrielle Union who was Martin's sister in the 2nd one and she had a relationship with Will is hot and I want her. Dwayne Wade is lucky to have her. I wonder if she's gonna be in the 3rd one. I also wonder if Martin's wife Theresa Randle is gonna be in the 3rd one. I like her too.

Joe Carnahan Circling Bad Boys 3

Joe Carnahan is ready to go bad. Carnahan is in early talks to do a pass on the script for Bad Boys 3, which was written by David Guggenheim, with an eye toward Carnahan directing, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.

Sony Pictures is hoping Will Smith will make the film his next project after wrapping on Warner Bros.' supervillain teamup Suicide Squad.

Michael Bay directed the first two installments of the buddy cop franchise, which starred Smith and Martin Lawrence. The first Bad Boys hit theaters in 1998 and the sequel followed in 1995.

Missed having Detectives Burnett and Lowrey in your life? Well get ready for not one, but two more doses of the cop duo. Sony announced release dates for 16 films through 2019, including two Bad Boys sequels.

Bad Boys 3, which will be directed by Joe Carnahan — not Michael Bay — is scheduled for Feb. 7, 2017, while Bad Boys 4 will kick down the door on July 3, 2019.

3 sequels would be enough for me. They don't need 4 sequels LOL. Will is 47 years old and Martin Lawrence is 50. They're too old to be chasing bad guys LOL.
