Very obvious edit in last night's Antenna TV airing - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

The episode Schneider's Pride and Joy got a very obvious edit last night. They cut out the entire scene where Schneider is bragging about his nephew and cut right in on his nephew entering the Romano home. That scene sets up the entire show and why Schneider becomes disappointed in his nephew later on in the show. They cut out one of the good scenes and left in scenes that were wasted time.

The first episode introduced Ginny. It was about a furniture repair company trying to cheat Ann. The second guest starred Mark Hamill as Schneider's nephew who was a thief. He stole Barbara and Ginny's tape recorders. It was great seeing him about a year before Star Wars came out.

I saw the end of that episode and thought, Gee, that guy reminds me of Mark Hamill!

I was about half way in it and I kept thinking, That guy looks familiar. Then I figured out who he was. lol

Too bad Bonniegirl, you missed two of my favorite episodes of the series. Ginny's debut was hilarious. In fact, it was so funny nothing she did after that could really measure up.

I am talking about how the first 2 minutes or so was cut. Schneider was telling Ann all about his nephew before he walked in like that. He was telling her how much he was like him which set up the joke for him walking in like Schneider with the pass key.
