I'm mainly referring to 1950s-70s TV programs, but that may be different for you.The clothes, hairstyles, the way people dressed and conducted themselves. The beautiful cool cars, the milkman, plus literally hundreds of other things and differences, when things were a lot more simple in many ways. Even just the fact that these shows were made when they were.--Another bonus would be what you do NOT see in older/classic programs, modern computer technology being one of many of them. What do you think?

I'm very nostalgic so I would say that I do enjoy seeing different times portrayed on classic shows. I especially enjoy the 80s and 90s because that's when I was growing up.

The 1950's and 1960's shows are the real fun shows. Telephones, cars, clothes, and I always like the coffee after dinner to relax. 30 years from now people will be talking about the 1980's or 1990's life on tv.

Yes! I love TV shows from the 50's and 60's for that very reason!

I'm currently watching classic Hawaii Five-O online and it's awesome seeing a police procedural drama that doesn't have law enforcement relying on smartphones and digital technology to solve crimes, just legwork and paper trails. And no quirky smartass characters spouting off one-liners and jokes that will make you groan either.
