Has Brian Dugan been executed yet?

What a nightmare this had to have been.

She's home sick from school, and then in the early afternoon, someone knocks or rings the doorbell. She goes to the door, he sees her through a window, and yells at her to see if she'll open the door. She refuses, he starts kicking the door until he breaks through it, and runs after her, grabs her, takes her out of the house with her trying to cling onto anything to save herself. Then he takes her to some secluded area, rapes her, and bashes her over the head, killing her.

How were there no witnesses or 911 calls when he was taking her out of the house to his vehicle? I doubt that he had her mouth covered because the details support the idea that he was carrying her out of the house.

Also, he killed at least two more people (including another little girl) before he was finally arrested.

here's an interesting tidbit: the episode title of the Vanity Fair Confidential episode is "Presumed Guilty", which is the exact same title as the American Justice episode on this case.
