Default Solomon, I Found an UNCUT version of 'Ralph's Rival' Online With The Tag Scene!!

You're not going to believe it. Hell, I don't even believe it and I've just seen it. The crazy thing about it is I wasn't even searching for it. I just happened to be searching for obscure tv shows at dailymotion and I noticed a video that had a thumbnail pic of Three's Company so being that it's my favorite show I clicked on it even though the words were in a foreign language. It turns out someone put a bunch of TC episodes on there with the word sat.rip at the end so now I'm thinking about the missing tag scene in "Ralph's Rival" and that maybe theres a small chance that these episodes are uncut and recorded from another country. So after I find it I go to the end of the episode and couldn't believe it was on there. Now the bad news it's in a different language (Italian I think), but Mr. Pitt transcribed the scene a few years ago so we know what they say. Still it's pretty cool to finally have the video of this long lost Tag Scene.

Check out the opening credits too. They're totally different than the American Season 4 opening credits.

Yes that is the Italian version. I had seen the different openings on YouTube before but never any episodes. There were some DVDs at one time that had both Italian and English audio but it seems that they are now out of print. But recently the first three seasons were released in Germany under the title Herzbube Mit Zwei Damen and they have audio in both German and English. Maybe soon they will release Season 4 and maybe that will be uncut.

Can we also resolve whether the other episodes are uncut like "Lee Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother"?

AWESOME!! Thanks, Skywalker! By the way, here is that English translation provided by MRPITT back in 2011:

****
Here is the transcript of the final scene on 0412 Ralphs Rival

Janet & Chrisssy are sitting at the kitchen table eating bread and peanut butter (Janet is eating Bread and Chrissy is eating and spreading Peanut Butter on a slice of bread)

Chrissy: I dont like Pink I am so tired of Pink

Janet : Why Not?

Jack Walks in with a brown paper bag full of groceries and sets it on the counter.

Janet : Hi Jack! (muffled a bit with a mouth full of Peanut Butter Bread)

Jack : Well? (Annoyed tone)

Janet : Well What?

Jack : Did Furley Get us a Plumber?

Chrissy: Yeah He Did Jack

Jack : A Real Plumber?

Janet : Yes, A Real Licensed Plumber

Jack : Fantasatic! I cant wait to see a Garbage Disposal That Works Properly (As he is walking towards the sink)

Jack Turns on the Garbage Disposal and Water Shoots all over his face (just like it did earlier in the episode)

Janet : Ah You (as water is spraying everywhere)

Jack : I thought you said he got us a real plumber? (In an angry Tone)

Chrissy: Well he did but said he would be here tomorrow morning.

Jack Shakes his head and water flys all over the place as Janet and Chrissy runs around to the other side of the table as if to avoid getting wet.

They are wearing different clothes than the previous scene so it seems like maybe its the next day.

In total the scene last 36 seconds.

I found an Italian version of "Lee Ain't Heavy" here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bjEjEo0sqAQ

I'm not sure what it's supposed to be missing, but the run time is 24:25.

At long last the missing tag scene is revealed, does anyone know if it ever aired back when N@N first aquired TC reruns in 2001?

Some of those openings are hilarious. I was watching one from Season 6 and they still had Ann Wedgeworths name listed in the credits as if she were still on the show at that point. They also have a few quick scenes with Suzanne Somers in them.

Yeah, I checked out amazon italy and they didn't have it. If they ever release Season 4 with English audio I'm definitely getting it.

No one's really sure. It just had a shorter running time than all the other episodes on the Season 4 set. That version is about 20 seconds shorter than the italian season 4 episodes too so maybe it just ran short originally.

I don't think so. I watched it a lot back then and never saw it. I think it would have been in the TV Land version too if it had aired on N@N.

Wow, there's a bunch of Italian episodes of TC on YT including "Ralph's Rival". Probably easier to watch it at YT, I always have trouble with dailymotion for some reason.
