When you see Thelma and don't know her name, you don't expect her to say THELMA because that name is usually for a unattractive woman lol

When I hear the name thelma I think of a short and fat and slightly unattractive woman lol That;s why Mad Dog was so shocked

LOL!! I know! I always thought, why did James and Florida name their daughter such an old frumpy name like Thelma? And she turned out to be such a pretty girl too. The name certainly didn't suit her!

Yeah, Candace would be a pretty name for her or Sharon! Brittany is more of a modern name that girls have been named more recently, keep in mind Thelma was born in the late 1950's. Candace or Sharon were names from back than. I'm trying to think of other girls names from back than that were pretty. Anything is better than Thelma really! LOL!!! How about Dominique, Elaine or Sherry?

Seemed to me Donna was a popular name for hot chicks in the 60s and 70s.

Thinking of Donna Dixon right now.

Thelma could have been a Donna.

I wonder if there was ever an attractive Beulah or Ethel.
