Eugene S. Patton, Sr., passed away March 9, 2015. He was preceded in death by his wife Doris Patton. He is survived by 4 children; Bonnie, Carol, Sidney and Courtney; 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Sister, Henrietta Bragg, Berkeley, CA., and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Eugene was a television personality, well-known as "Gene-Gene the Dancing Machine" on the Gong Show. Visitation, Friday, 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. Services 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 21, 2015, First Church of the Nazarene, 3700 E. Sierra Madre Blvd., Pasadena, CA 91107. Interment, Private. Woods-Valentine Mortuary, Pasadena, Directing. |

Gene Gene the dancing Machine was definitely a bright spot when he appeared on The Gong Show. He also served as a celebrity judge. May he rest in peace.
